How to interface PZEM-004T with Arduino NANO and then send this data to another?

I want to interface PZEM-004T with Arduino NANO, to get the value of energy (KWh), Load(KW), Current(A) and voltage (V) of the load. Then I have to send this data from this arduino to another through Rx Tx pins.
the problem is "Interfacing of PZEM-004T with Arduino to get this parameters".
