got this lcd from old phone but how to interface it in arduino uno.tell me if someone has idea about this.

The display requires 3.3V logic.
This means thirteen level shifter channels if you are using a 5V Uno, Mega.

If you are using a proper 3.3V Arduino like Zero or Due, there is no need for level converters.

All the same, 13 signals + power + LED is a lot of hard work for a tiny 128x128 display.

If you really want to do all of this, I will add support for ILI9163C to MCUFRIEND_kbv.

Seriously, you can buy an SPI ILI9163C display on a pcb. You still need 3.3V logic but there are less wires. And several libraries that already support SPI displays.
