How to load arduino library to tun on Adafruit LEDs bar?

I'm pretty new to the Arduino harware!

I have an arduino due that I just bought.I wanted to load the right library to it so I can use it to control 20 adafruit LED bars.

Anyone here that can give me some insights?

No.

Not without a link to the LED bars you have got and a schematic of how you intend to wire it up.
Note a Due only has a 3V3 output signal of limited current capacity.
