How to make a return from items purchased from the shop?

Good morning everyone,

Last week I ordered an Arduino kit from this sites store, but the day that I confirmed the order I learned that a group mate of mine had the same kit that he'd let me use. So I tried to request a return before the item shipped through "Help -> Store Support" and submitted a ticket. It's been about a week since then, nobody has contacted me yet, and the kit is already on its way here. Anyone have suggestions for me? Is it possible to receive a refund for shipping since I submitted a timely return request? Thank you :slight_smile:
