Does anyone know how to make a delay switch circuit with NE555N? The requirement is to power the 555 pins for five seconds and then power off.

Hard to see how this relates to Arduino installation and troubleshooting, but this IC has been around for 50 years.
Google also has been around for a long time.
Try searching on "555 timer monostable circuit"
Incidentally, some Arduinos can do this even more cheaply than a 555.
