How to make an phone vibrate using an arduino? (urgent)

Hi, i need to make my cell vibrate when a input from an ultrasonic sensor is received, but i dont know how to make the arduino send the command to the phone, i thought about the bluetooth module, but i dont know if it will work, because i only see tutorials of sending data from a phone.

Any sugestions?
