How to make our own DUE

Hi,

It works pretty well with DUE and now we plan to build our own DUE plus some other stuff.
After getting things done based on same schematic, we had some problems that our own board can't be recognized by PC (USB malfunction) but same PC works well with original DUE.
Do you have any ideas about it, what do I miss?

Thank you very much.

How do you imagine anyone could give you a useful answer?

You didn't show a layout, schematic or photo for your non-working design, or even try to describe what you changed. Do you really believe someone could just blindly guess what you did wrong?

What works pretty well?

Can you post a picture of YOUR Due board please?
And a circuit diagram of your DUE, if you have made your own you must have a PCB layout to show us.

Hi thanks, the circuits is just exactly same as official and we outsource the layout to a vendor, thus we don't have it, sigh ...

Hi,

Where are You from?
We are developing our Due board too.

Can You please give me Your Email or another contact Data?

Regards,
Maverick

WHAT! ! ! !

How do you know its EXACTLY the same? (If it doesn't work, then there is the chance the board doesn't)
Who did the assembly of components, there are sooo many things that can be wrong.
Are your components genuine?
Especially the USB chip.

Did you supply the vendor with a CAD file or a image file of the DUE?

You have payed the outsource for a service, if a copy of the PCB file is not in the deal, get him to troubleshoot it, for you for free.

Unless you want to waste time with a DMM in beep mode checking tracks.

What is your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?

Not to mention the meanders in the USB lines. You would think someone with a name like "zigzag" would know about meanders.

Could it be possible to make an Arduino Due on a breadboard as is it with the Uno (like it's shown here - https://www.arduino.cc/en/main/standalone - and in many other webs).

No.

MorganS:
No.

Ok, thanks. What a pity

Well, I've discovered an old thread talking about the same topic: Arduino Due on a Breadboard? - Microcontrollers - Arduino Forum
