and also Is it possible to measure the contact resistance in arduino

No. The Arduino can measure voltage. It can't measure current or resistance or capacitance.
With the right external circuit, these can me inferred from measuring voltage. But, a multimeter is a lot simpler.
You are trying to measure something but you don't have any idea what is it? Why do you want to measure it?
