Hi everyone, please help me to measure rate of change of frequency and rate of change of phase angle from output of transformer using Arduino. Thanks in advance.

Of what? What is the output of device and in what freq and volt range? Freq and freq rate of change seem possible. Capture input per time and use state (current and last freq). On phase- math possible- not sure what type of sensor(s). More info pls
supply specifications are 230V, 6Amps, frequency 50 Hz.
