reply 7 has a person saying a File* cant be created.

All other posts talk about ways to use something other than a File*, which is off topic for "how to obtain a File* pointer" but on topic for "what should I do if I cant make a File*"

To explain further, this is a great thread at answering "how to use File obj" or "what to do if I cant create a File*" or "my * button is broke, how do I use the File class now?" but terrible at answering "How to Obtain a FILE* pointer?" which is the title of the thread.
