TITLE WILL SURELY CONFUSE YOU GUYS AND I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE

Hello! I am new at programming and I was trying to make a web server using arduino UNO R3 and enc28j60 ethernet shield. The code I am using is not mine, I found it here on the internet and just changed some parts. What I would like to do is when I click the button. A new page/tab shows up or what I see on the screen changes (e.g clicking your name on facebook goes to your profile).

That is not an Arduino programming issue. It is a matter of properly defining the action for the button, which is an HTML issue.
