I connected 12v 5a power supply to cnc shield v3 for arduino uno and two nema 17 stepper motors are connected with two DRV8825 motor drivers to the cnc shield v3. I want to supply power to 12v electromagnet from cnc shield v3 and also I want to supply power to arduino uno board itself from cnc shield v3. How can I supply power to both 12v electromagnet and arduino uno from cnc shield v3 ? I am a beginner.

Which driver board? Post a link to the data sheet.
It is possible to connect a 12 volt supply to the Vin pin of the UNO.
Seems you need TWO electromagnets. Each one will be connected as if you had the two coils of a stepper motor. Do you have two? Otherwise you will likely destroy the controller board.
As for the control pins of the DRV8825, use whatever pins your software requires.
