How to program an ATMEGA328 or ATMEGA328P

Hello everyone. I need someone to tell me how to program an ATMEGA328 or ATMEGA328P. I have the seperate chip. It is not connected to the Arduino board. I have an Arduino Uno and Duemilanove if that helps. Just tell me what I need and how to do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
