How to put a GSM SIM900A to sleep mode?

Hello there,

The model of the board is S2-1040U-Z1K0B

I've searched the datasheet but I didn't understand a lot.

Also, I don't think there is a DTR pin on the board. (as if I know what that is...)

Any help will be appreciated!

i was able to put my sim800L to sleep with
at+cslk=2

the continuos current went from 13mA down to 1mA (LED not stripped off)

incoming SMS/call wakes the device back up or sending dummy AT command then wait

AT
delay(5); //wait, well you don't need this if you are using the DTR pin

UART will be up and running again

I think the equivalent for the SIM900A is AT+CFUN=0

you are not going to receive any SMS or call with AT+CFUN=0
that's flight mode
