I wrote character with keypad to LCD. For example I write "FISH" and the sequence of key press is F > I > S > H.
and how about programming code to read that character which displayed on the LCD?

Show us your code.
You are obviously just getting the keystrokes and sending them directly to the LCD. So, you should probably save it somewhere if you plan on using it later.
