How to read the output on a SN75ALS176?

Hello everyone.
I need to read the output on a SN75ALS176. I used the digitalRead() function, but the result was wrong. I appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance

NOTE:
The SN75ALS176 series differential bus transceivers are designed for bidirectional data
communication on multipoint bus transmission lines.

In my case this signal is a package with four digits inside. I suppose that this package can be reading through a function like digitalRead or something like this.

As a receiver, pin 1 is the output which goes to an Arduino input and read by digitalRead(). Pin 2 must be low to enable the receiver.

You are only reading one bit at a time so you'll need serial protocol (software and maybe some more hardware) to read serial data.

In my case this signal is a package with four digits inside.

So what sort of signal is this?
Is it asynchronous serial data?
Is it synchronous serial data?
Is it a Manchester encoded data stream?
Is it a NRTZ encoded data stream?
Is it a PWM package?
Is it a PPM package?

These are just a few ways you can get a package with four digits inside.

Without knowing what you are trying to read then any answer is just guess work.

The fact that this signal comes through a SN75ALS176 is totally irrelevant.

digitalRead reads a digital input pin once at the point its called. If there's some serial protocol coming in
on a pin you'll need code or hardware to handle that.
