How to retrieve Arduino Program from Board to PC

Hello All,
I have Arduino UNO and I had one Program uploaded in hardware.
Because I lost(.INO) file from my PC (Hard drive Crashed).

So, How can I get that program back to my pc from UNO Board?

Have You tried a disc search for *.ino? My feeling is that the answer to Your qeustion is dark.
