How to retrieve the value of a load cell?

Hello,
I bought a load cell HX711 for an experiment, of which I have attached the wiring diagram to you. A mass will be hanged below and connected directly to it. I would have liked to know how to recover, with my Arduino Mega board, the value that it returns according to the mass that is hanging, and to recover these values.
Does anyone know how to do this?
