How to run FASTLED light animations on 16 LEDs selected out of a 87 PCB board?

I need your help to help me run FASTLED in 16 LEDs selected out of a 87 LED PCB board. Thank you

**These are the position of 16 LEDs I would like the code to run **

LED position = {4, 10, 16, 22, 28, 39, 51, 49, 47, 65, 53, 55, 57, 76, 82};

Make an array to hold your 16 led positions, and another array of colours:

CRGB leds2[ARRAY_SIZE(position)];

In the pattern functions, replace "leds" with "leds2" and "NUM_LEDS" with "ARRAY_SIZE(leds2)".

Just before FastLED.show() in loop(), copy the new, smaller array to the original, larger array:

for (byte i=0; i < ARRAY_SIZE(leds2); i++) leds[position[i]] = leds2[i];

Just in case - you array has 15 only numbers.
