If you have already done "full coding and uploading" then all you need to do is connect everything up and test the results.
If there are problems you post the code here with full details of the components you're using, how they are connected and exactly what works and what doesn't.

This site will give you some code and there you will be able to write the readings in your monitor, it shows on the left you will have to click on the button called monitor
