How to send and recieve data using esp8266 1mb and arduino uno?

Hello Homies, I am doing project using ESP8266 (as wifi Module), ARDUINO UNO, DHT11 AND RELAY MODULE.

  1. Can send message to arduino and control relay via APP or WEBPAGE(html and jscript only).
  2. Cannot get temperature data on my Device from arduino.

I wanna control relay according to temperature data and also trun on and off relay manually also get temperature data in device at same time.
