How to send values over Artnet

Hey,
I'm relative new to coding in C and I want to send DMX values over Artnet from the arduino. I used the Artnet examples to receive DMX values and it's just worked fine, but I can't figure out how to send data.
This is the example code I tried to use:

My arduino connects to wifi correctly but I didn't get an output, even when I change the value variable. I looked at all Universes, but I didn't found any changed values
