How to set NANO 33 BLE (Sense) to standby mode?

Hi, I found the typical current consumption of the standby mode of NINA-B3 is only 1.3uA in NINA-B3 datasheet (Section 4.2.3). In this mode, RTC and 64 kB RAM data retention are reserved. The system is running on 32.768 kHz clock from crystal.

In addition, when the system is ON, and full 256 kB RAM retention is reserved, it can be waked on RTC (running from LFRC clock), the current is only 3.16uA (please see section 5.2.1.1 in nrf52840 datasheet).

As a result, I think the system can be waked with the internal RTC. But how to set NINA-B306 to the standby mode to reduce the power consumption? And how to wake it with the internal RTC? Are there any demos?

I know when the system is OFF (NRF_POWER->SYSTEMOFF = 1), it will cost less power, but it needs (additional) external components to wake up the system. If this standby mode of NINA-B306 can be achieved, it will be very helpful. Thank you very much in advance.
