How to set synchronous PWM channels on Due, that would have pulses shifted by half period?

I set two PWM channels on Leonardo that produce pulses with the same 25 kHz frequency and the same, but variable, duty factor and shifted by a half-period (180 deg shift).
Now, I would appreciate some help on how to achieve a similar goal with Due PWM channels and have better resolution.
