How to solve: 'base64_enc_len' was not declared in this scope

Hi Class,

From what I researched on google this error seems to be a dilemma.

I already configured the ESP32 board to 1.04 and it didn't help, I went back to 1.06. I'm using IDE 1.8.16. And I put both base64.h and cpp files in the same scketch folder, but then it gives a stray error and it doesn't compile.

Does anyone know how to resolve?

I'm compiling for the AI-THINKER ESP32-CAM

#include "soc/rtc_cntl_reg.h"
#include "Base64.h"

#include "esp_camera.h"

Did you ask this guy why his stuff

is not working?

I didn't even try, it wouldn't be answered. Perhaps someone who frequents the forum here can post a solution for having already experienced this problem.
