I am trying to make a mini parking management GUI on swing and need the camera and sensor information form the arduino to be saved locally on my pc. I want to make a swing application in which when a button is pressed the camera takes a picture and sensor tells where the car is parked in the parking lot. I need to store all the sensor information. Can you please also recommend what all parts do I need to buy for this project.

However this is for the Arduino platform, you seem to be asking a PC type question.
The Arduino will nor be able to handle any video info with any speed.
