How can i get a code for telling the position, speed and direction of a stepper motor using the HEDL-5600 encoder with line reciever 26LS32 using A(high),B(high)and Index,Ifrom the digital output of the encoder? How can i connect them to the pins of ADruino-UNO?

Fire up the IDE and start typing.

No idea what an ADruino-UNO is. If maybe you were wondering how to connect the encoder to an Arduino, what does the datasheet for your device say?
ya i read the datasheet...but it cannot show to which pins of the Adruino-UNO,you connect to.
I didn't understand when you told me to fire the IDE, can you please explain to me in detail.
When someone asks if you've read the data sheet, and you did. but didn't find what you were looking for, the usual thing to do is to post a link to that datasheet, so that others can look at it.

Fire UP the IDE - start it going.
I managed to connect the encoder to Arduino but i have failed to make a code which can tell the position of the motor at any time, or even a code which can show the number of degrees the motor has moved.this encoder has 400 counts per revolution from the Datasheet http://parts.digikey.com/1/parts/1831624-encoder-line-driver-2ch-1-4-hedl-5600-h06.html.
