you have the tools, and there is a fairly simple tutorial to boot loading your own chips with an arduino
it requires 4 wires (reset, MISO, MOSI, and SCLK), a breadboard, 5 volts and ground (thanks to the arduino in the mix) and crystal+caps or resonator
