How to transfer program via wifi to my uno board (pairing too)

I am currently taking over a project and in urgent need for help and guidance.

I am currently using an Arduino Uno R3 board. it is connected to a GL.iNet 6416A 150Mbps 802.11g/b/n Mini Wireless WiFi Router. This is a website of the picture and internal structure of the wifi router :

What i want to do is as per said in the title. I want to be able to pair up with the board via wifi through the router. However, I do not know how to do it. I have tried searching but there doesn't seem to be any proper instructions to follow.

both hardware ( arduino uno board, Mini Wireless WiFi Router) are already connected together. What i want to do is just a wifi pairing up and be able to transfer program or communicate with the board and laptop.

Do you have any idea what happens when you use a USB cable and upload a sketch to the Arduino? If not, now is the time to figure that out.

Then, you'll understand what changes you need to make to the bootloader to make your project a reality. Of course, actually implementing those changes just might prove to be a challenge, given the size constraint placed on the bootloader.
