I recently bought a Bluetooth trans-receiver device which connects to mobile phone using Rx mode. Tx mode only connects Bluetooth headphones. I want to develop a device which will take input from a audio player and send that stream to a mobile phone. Is that possible? I am new to adruino.

A PC may do that, maybe a RasPi, but no Arduino.
