How to upload program from mac to R1 giga via its own Bluetooth

Can I upload program wirelessly on R1 giga since it has built in wifi and bluetooth? There are some solutions in forums using HC-05 for UNO. I am wondering since R1 has built in BT, can we use it to upload program ? How? Also, does it work on mac?
