Sorry, your meaning is unclear.

What are you trying to do with a motor?

Hey, I guess you are talking about VFD's (variable frequency drives) = Pulse width modulation,

  • For generating PWM for DC motor you may read out the Arduino blog for transistor motor control using TIP120 a much simpler version.

  • For working on high voltages/ current PWM you may also search out for FET drivers IC package like PCA9685

Or learn about FET driver controller boards available to drive motors at speed of 12v up to 5.5 amps.
