How to use a BLD300C controller

Hi everybody, i am a newbie at Arduino. I have a project to control a BLDC motor with Arduino and the driver controller is BLD300C. I have read the datasheet of the driver but still do not understand it. So everyone has done it before that can give me some advice or something to understand it clearly, please? My purpose is to control the speed, read the hall sensor, and can stop the motor with that driver.

You said controll the speed?
With that drive, analog, or PWM. You would choose.
Why do you need to read the hall sensor?
I will assume you are trying to get position.
