How to use an an Arduino to turn on an RF wall power adapter?

Hi Guys

How could I get an Arduino to turn on an RF wall power adapter like the 433.92 MHz one in the link below please?

You need the data sheet of that device, describing the frequency, transmission protocol and available commands.

Thanks. What does transmission protocol mean? Would that be specific to each set of adapters produced, so that different remotes do not work on different systems (meaning, you won't be turning on your neighbours devices when you are trying to turn on yours)? This might be something I may have to detect via the Arduino somehow right? I hope all that makes sense.

Right, there must exist rules for addressing a specific adapter. An Arduino cannot help in finding out the used protocol, addresses, commands etc., these informations must be obtained from the data sheet or related information sources.
