How to use Arduino UNO as a playstation 1 (or 2) controller? (emulation)

I want to make a device that inputs all cheats on startup so I don't have to.

I was looking for a library that allows an arduino to talk to a PS1 or PS2 as a controller but anything you try to google just keeps redirecting back to reading the buttons of a controller on an arduino, which is not what I want.

Could anyone provide me with some information about this topic? I can't really believe no-one has done this already... I would expect an library to exist for this. There are already libraries to use arduino as another device, PS/2 keyboard,mouse, HID controller, mouse, keyboard, other stuff, but not as a Playstation Controller?
