How to use HC-06 to unlock Android phone using Smart Lock feature?

Hey,

I'm trying to make a small device to unlock my phone when it's near it.

Is there a easy way to connect Android to HC-06 in order to use Smart Lock feature?
There must be a active connection in order to add the HC-06 to the list of devices which can unlock the phone. Or is there any trick?
