How to use Keyes relay module?

Hi every one!
I bought a simple 1 channel relay mudole from here: Recommendations For You - DealeXtreme
I want to use this module with my Arduino Uno. I searched a lot in the Internet and didnt find any documentation.
BTW, this is called Keyes_SR1y ...
If you can tell how to connect it to the arduino and how to control it, it would be great.

That module has a transistor and diode built-in, from the photo.

Thus it just needs 5V power for the relay coil, ground and a logic signal. The 3-pin
connector seems to be labelled +, -, S.

The screw terminals are the relay contacts.

What are you wanting to switch with that relay?
