Yes you can do that, use jumper wires to connect them to your Arduino. If you need more information answer the above questions as we cannot see nor are we clairvoyant enough to determine what you have.

You can use it as a speaker by e.g. tone(freq) or on Tx. On the receiving Uno you need a microphone with amplifier for catching the waves.
