How to use precision MEMS silicon oscillator IC instead of Crystal?

I have successfully made few "breadboard" prototypes of Atmega328p using internal oscillator as well as external Crystal, no question there as that seems very straight forward and simple process of configuring Atmega328 for that. However I want to try something new and have a question, how does one use precision oscillator chips like this one (LTC®6930), datasheet below. What pins do I connect it to and what would be the fuse settings for that, any issue I should expect from it? Any help is highly appreciated, thanks you in advance.

Set fuses for external clock source, wire up the LTC6930 per datasheet, and connect the output to the xtal1 pin. After that, make sure you're compiling for the same clock frequency that it's outputting and you should be good to go.
