How to use sensor reading through Uniduino as control for character on screen?

We are working on creating a retro side scrolling platformer game controlled by sensor input via Uniduino. The setup is simple there are 4 LDR wired mats place near the feet of the player. Each mat controls one axis of the game input for movement. We are able to successfully take 4 analog inputs in the analog read example of Uniduino. Now, we want to use this serial input, (for eg when serial input 2 falls below a particular value the character on screen moves left)as the game input and basically combine the uniduino script with unity's game input or possibly with the movement control in a game asset like Corgi engine. How should we go about it?

We have Unity as the game engine and the Uniduino asset communicating properly. Please suggest a way to script the character movement using Unity serial port input.

You realize that this has NOTHING to do with the Arduino, right?

Would you be asking on the Unity forum for help getting an LED blinking?
