how to use SIM800C GSM GPRS Module STM32 Microcontroller 51

Anyone know how SIM800C GSM GPRS Module STM32 Microcontroller 51 use... atleast turn on it..i have supply 5v for vcc & vmcu ,0v for ground..but D1 LED not indicating anyhing..please help...
