how to use this LDO to recive fixed output voltage of....?

on the first page it says that there is a possibility to recive fixed voltage of:
1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 5V.

there is only a schematic for 1.2V (page 8 ) and another for "other fixed output voltage" but it isn't clear on how to connect each pin to recive the outputs specified above....

am i missing something?

You have to buy either a variable output version or the correct version for the voltage you want. You have to specify which voltage you require when ordering. See order codes given in the data sheet.

Recieving means taking in, those regulators do not recieve a fixed output, they give a fixed output.

And if you buy the adjustable version (LD1117V for the TO220) you can select the output voltage with
VOUT = 1,25 (1 + R2 / R1)

And it's not true there's only a schematic for a 1,2V and another fixed output. Just keep on reading up until page 22 :wink:
