General tutorial on how to use these.

Okay, according to Figure D of the datasheet, you have 16 anodes per column, and 8 columns with the cathodes for those 16 LEDs connected together.
To drive the part you would generally connect up two shift registers with a current limit resistor to the anode pins.
You would put connect shift register such as a TPIC6B595 on the cathode pins to sink the current from up to 16 LEDs.
Or a transisor array like ULN2803 with another basic shift register (or arduino pins even) as a current sink buffer.

Then you write a multiplex loop:
Write the anodes high/low for column 1, bring the cathode low for that column for a 1mS. Bring the cathode high.
Repeat for columns 2-7.
