How to wire 4 AC outputs to a 4 relay board with optocoupled channels

Hi guys, i started using arduino something like 2 years ago, always working on small kind of projects. Now i want to build something bigger, its an automated indoor growbox.
To work on this project I have to deal with a higher voltage (220VAC), but im not very familiar with relay so I have my doubts to wire it up.

There are the specifications of the relay board:

I have to wire it up with a:

  • Ventilation Fan
  • 2 AC lights
