How to write Charlieplex code?

I have a basic understanding of charlieplexing, but I need help understanding a schematic for an led array I bought.

I need help on writing the charlieplex code SPECIFICALLY for this board (for some reason, I can't get the charlieplexing library to make it work);

This is the website for the SCHEMATIC.

I'm really having issue knowing what the 3rd pin to turn off is. 1st is OUT/HIGH, 2nd is OUT/LOW, and 3RD is IN/LOW.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I just had to set ALL pins to INPUT.

Incidentally that schematic isn't the most logical arrangement for an array, there
are more symmetrical ways to lay them out that are much simpler to code for.
