How transfer the firmware (board-computer)

Hello,
I have a new board with the firmware installed and I want transfer this firmware to the computer(arduino).
I go to File, and select charge, but don´t work.
I don´t know the best way to do this.

"charge"? What program is running that has "charge" in the File menu?
