I just saw an interesting option... that by cutting one leg of the HX711 chip, you can increase its sampling rate from 10 Hz to 80 Hz. Maybe this would work for me... now the question is... HOW DO I PERFORM THIS ALMOST SURGERY-LIKE OPERATION?

First you need to adjust the AD620. Disconnect the green wire from the ADS1115 Connect your voltmeter to the AD620 VOUT and GND pins.
