howto reprogram Leonardo - which fires key strokes rapidly

Hi,

stupid me played with Leonardo and keyboard emulation. Now it fires key strokes every 1s. This makes it currently impossible for me to reprogram it.

What can I do?

To load a new sketch on your Leonardo:

Hold the reset button and continue to hold while selecting Upload.
When the IDE shows Uploading...
Release the reset button.

Try this with Blink or some other known good sketch.
