HT1632C Current

Hello,
In need of help.
I need to know if the scan HT1632C display stays on only one LED or any ROW line at the same time, using as a basis the display with all the lit LEDs.
I need this information because I intend to use 1W LEDs.
If an LED at a time the COM column and the ROW line will drain the same current.
If the ROW line receive simultaneous information COM current will be 32X the ROW, ROW using the configuration 32 & 8 COM.
I need this information to calculate the drivers.

I do not have the HT1632C on hand to make the measurement.

I thank the help.

Not sure what those words mean but typically there will only be one row on at a time.

That is a lot to design especially if you have to ask that first question.
The question simply doesn't make sense in this context. The chip does the multiplexing and the driving. By using a 1W LED you throw all that driving away. A 1W LED needs driving with a constant current drive where as the array normally used is not a power LED.
