Hx711 Decoupling capacitor needed?

I am making a PCB which have 7 hx711 module and i have tested pre made module from china and they work fine with my arduino, but i am concerned about whether they will work okay on my PCB or not because weight cell will be 20 inch away from the PCB thus adding resistance because of wire.

This is the circuit that i have copied and confirm that it is same as HX711 module, does this circuit need any decoupling capacitor anywhere or is it okay already ?

C6 seems to be the decoupling capacitor. You don't need an additional one.

You need one per chip.

Q2, R12, R13 and C7 can be put on just one of the HX711's and then you can connect all the AVdd together.

The resistance of the wire between the HX711 and the load cell is irrelevant. The 4-wire connection means that it can be subtracted out under all conditions.
